If you are the owner or usufructuary of a property designated as a private residence, you can apply for the “Renovate and Rent” housing program. This program offers subsidies for renovating or repairing vacant houses and apartments to rent them out as residences. The subsidy covers 40% of expenses, with a maximum limit of €10,000 and a maximum subsidy amount of €4,000. An advance of 50% of the subsidy is provided, and eligible expenses include both materials and renovation work.
